| Blessing, As I sit having my favorite quaker oats cereal before going to church, I am reminded of the homes I have adopted that only have dirt flooring, I will be giving two beds to one family has only one bed to share for 5 people, the youngest is 14 yr old. I was contemplating why it is so offensive to me. then I guess its the Lord reminded me that when my father built his first house in Jamaica in 1950, it only had dirt flooring and plaster made of horse manure and dirt. But I still think Christ compassion has something to do with it also. please continue to pray so that God will open my eyes to many ways I can affect the lives of the poor -- "Jesus said, ' Inasmuch as you have done to one of the least...you have done unto me. MATT. 25: 40 LETS UNITE TO FEED THE HUNGRY CHILDREN OF THE WORLD. |
